UBA Health Plan Survey

Cornerstone Group, in partnership with United Benefit Advisors, is pleased to present The 2007 UBA Health Plan Survey. The survey results will provide national and regional benchmarks that will allow you to compare your benefits with others in the industry in ways that were not available with surveys in the past.

“With nearly 13,000 health plans included in last year’s report, the UBA Health Plan Survey is unprecedented in terms of the number of companies participating,” said Rob Calise, Owner, "In order to provide employers with truly actionable benchmarks, we are using UBA’s national scope to generate the largest health plan design and plan cost database in the industry.”

The survey provides employers with the benchmark data they need to make intelligent decisions on critical aspects of their benefit plan strategies. All survey answers are confidential and reported only on an aggregate basis.

If you choose to participate in the 2007 UBA/Cornerstone Health Plan Survey you will receive a complimentary synopsis of the results; you will need to provide your e-mail address when completing the survey. Also, please note that incomplete surveys will not be used in calculating results; fill in all the boxes that apply to your benefit plan(s).
